On Wednesday, August 20 at 7 PM, we’re opening the doors at Crave Fitness in Lake Country for a 9D Breathwork and Sound Healing experience that brings you back to your origin.
This is Inception. A multidimensional breath journey designed to help you break out of cycles that feel impossible to escape. The ones that keep pulling you back into old habits, old beliefs, old identities.
This journey moves you through:
Inner child connection
Emotional release and nervous system reset
Subconscious pattern clearing
Deep remembrance of who you were before the world got loud
Integration with live sound bath and Sarah’s star coil fieldwork
